Field of Activity

Electronic devices and e-waste

We manage the disposal and recycling of electronic products that are technologically obsolete, have quality problems or have become unusable through damage, end to end. We process electronic equipment in line with the WEEE Regulation and lithium cells, batteries and accumulators in line with the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Control Regulation, recover precious metals and document every step.

Overview

E-waste is both risk and resource

Electronic waste can be hazardous because it contains heavy metals such as lead, mercury and cadmium, along with other toxic components. When it is disposed of improperly, these substances leach into the soil and pose a serious risk to the environment and human health. At the same time, the same waste contains precious metals such as gold and copper. Processed correctly, these metals are returned to the economy as secondary raw materials.

In Türkiye, the Regulation on the Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Control Regulation place responsibility on producers. Scrap has offered solutions compliant with this legislation since 2007. It records and documents the process, and makes it traceable through reports and the digital tracking platform.
