Which fields are required?
Company name, contact person, phone, e-mail, disposal date, waste type, waste amount, pallet/drum count, stock cost including VAT and KVKK consent are required. Warehouse address, description and documents are optional.
Which documents can I upload?
You can upload up to 5 files, with a limit of 10 MB per file. Accepted types: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, ODT, ODS.
What happens after I submit the form?
